    Overview

    By far, the easiest way to access and use BuildingLink is via the BuildingLink app for Residents. The app is a free download for both Apple and Android devices. See below for the links to download the free app.

    Below you will find some of the more popular features of the BuildingLink resident app. (Note: Not all options will be available to all residents. Some of these options may not be available depending on your specific building.)


    Set Up

    You will log into the app with your BuildingLink username and password.  If you do not know your username/password, you can contact your building management, or you can reach out to us at support@buildinglink.com.

     

     

    Once you log in successfully, the system will prompt you on whether, or not you would like to receive “push notifications”.

     

     

    After selecting your push notification preference, you will get to the Home screen. There, you will see your building information/unit #, as well as any upcoming Calendar Events and access to your My Building section which will give you all of the options for you specific building. (Again…these options are not available for all residents at all buildings.)

     


    Your Resident ID will be very helpful to prove your residency at your property.

     

     

    If you need to customize your Resident ID photo, you can do so using the My Profile option. My Profile is also where you can go to customize your contact information.

     

     

    Should you have any issues changing your Resident ID photo, most likely your building management has a photo on file for you. If you would like it changed, you will need to speak with your building management.

     

    Your Contacts button will also be of great assistance to you, as it will provide any important contacts for your specific property.

     

     

    Your Lifestyle tab is where you will find any special Offers, Services, or Vendors your property may want you to be aware of.
