How- To:

  1. Using the BuildingLink app for your phone, or tablet
  2. You can change both your Username and/or Password in the web based Resident Portal




You can change your Password by clicking on the My Profile icon. You will then select Login & Password. Then, click on Password. In order to change your password, you will be prompted to include the following:

  • Current Password
  • New Password
  • Confirm New Password

* Don't forget to save your changes



 


2. You can change both your Username and/or Password in the web based Resident Portal


When logged into the Resident Portal, go to the My Profile button at the top right of your page. Select the second tab for Login & Password. There you can select to change your Username, your Password, or both. Don't forget to save your changes. 

 

 

When you click the Change Password button, you'll be redirected to a separate page as shown below. You'll need to click Save changes in order to begin the process to change your password. 

After you click Save changes, you'll be asked to include the following:

  • Current password
  • New password
  • Confirm New Password

* Don't forget to click the Save button when you are finished.
