Google Chrome

If you’re using Google Chrome, click the button in the top right with three horizontal lines. Click Settings. At the bottom of the Settings page, click the link that reads ‘Advanced’. Under the heading marked ‘Privacy and Security’ click Clear Browsing Data. Make sure all boxes are checked (you can leave “Clear Saved Passwords” unchecked if you prefer) and the date range at the top is set to “All time.” Click Clear Browsing Data, then close out all Google Chrome windows completely before re-opening Chrome. A keyboard shortcut to clear cookies is pressing [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Delete] simultaneously.

 Microsoft Edge

If you’re using Edge, you can clear your cookies by clicking on the Hub icon in in the upper right hand corner, and then selecting the history icon. Click the button marked ‘Clear all history.’ Select the boxes to clear: Browsing history; Cookies and saved website data; Cached data and files; Download data.

 Firefox

If you’re using Mozilla Firefox, the process is similar. First, click the Settings button in the upper right corner (indicated by three horizontal lines). Select Options, then select the tab at the top marked Privacy & Security (next to a lock icon). Click the blue link entitled Clear Your Recent History, then select “Everything” from the drop-down menu for “Time Range To Clear.” Make sure that all boxes are checked, then click Clear Now. Click OK, close out all Firefox windows completely before re-opening Firefox. A keyboard shortcut to clear cookies is pressing [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Delete] simultaneously.

Safari

If you’re using Safari, click on name Safari on the upper left hand corner. Then click the Preferences heading. Click the tab marked Privacy. Click the button marked Manage Website Data, then click select the button to ‘Remove All’. Close out that box, then completely close out all Safari windows before re-opening Safari.
