Residents cannot communicate directly with each other through the BuildingLink system. If your property has the NeighborNet Dashboard active you may be able to see resident contact information. 


To access the NeighborNet Dashboard, log into the web based Resident Portal and from the Home page, select the NeighborNet Dashboard. NeighborNet is NOT yet available on the BuildingLink Resident app. 




All resident profiles are inactive by default. To activate and edit your profile to share contact information with fellow residents click "View/Edit My Profile" then "Activate My Public Profile".



 

Once active, you can select what information you would like to share and who can see that information. 




 

To view resident contact information, from the NeighborNet Dashboard click "Show My Neighbors".  



From the "My Neighbors" list, you can see the residents who have opted in to NeighborNet, the contact information they have elected to share and add them to your list of friends.
