Overview
BuildingLink sends out multiple “automatic” notifications for several different scenarios. Some of these scenarios include package delivery, maintenance requests, and/or amenity reservations. You can control the notifications you receive via the web based Resident Portal or in the BuildingLink Resident App.

Resident Portal Notifications
Once logged into the website, click on the "My Profile" link in the upper right hand corner, and then choose the "Notifications" tab from the menu. Once on the notifications tab you can check the box next to the type of notification you would like to turn on or off from each section. When done click the green "save notification preferences" button at the bottom on the left hand side.
Resident App Push Notifications
You can also opt in or out of “push notifications" for packages and deliveries via the BuildingLink resident app. When signed into the app, use the "My Profile" link from the menu at the bottom, and then choose "contact info" at the top. Next look to the bottom for the section called "push notifications." Use the toggle switch to opt in or out of “push notifications". The toggle will turn green when turned on.
